The whole volleybolley team met at a pub at 7 pm. The theme was Mexico, which obviously gave us all some trouble: Where do you find Mexican outfit just before Halloween???? Well I managed (read my coach Alex) to get a sombrero and a poncho. The only thing I found on my own was the weapon. I'm not sure why, but for some strange reason did all the boyz think guns when they thought Mexican theme. I realised I looked kind of silly with two small silver toy guns....... So I bought meself an AK-47, AKA Kalashnikov!!!!! Ai Caramba!

The group of 35-40 happy Mexicans then moved on to a Mexican/Italian restaurant, which we got for ourselves (well actually there was hardly space for us, but the more the merrier as they say). We soon started the excellent drinking games, and of course did the birthday child (Mr. Batcher) have to drink a liter of beer mixed with wine, sambuca, assorted drinks with fruits etc.) No need to say he went straight to the toilet. Oh well, here I said it.

After a lot of beers and sambuca came the food. Quite nice, but the sambucas afterwards were even better. And I had to teach the rest how to drink a sambuca THE REAL WAY, where you set it on fire IN THE MOUTH instead of setting it on in the glass, wait for 5 seconds and then drink it. If you do that, you'll probably be able to drive home from there, 'cauze what do you think is burning??? No, its not the water.

We went upstairs to the restaurant's dance floor (???????) around 10:30, where a surplise waited for us. All freshers had to drink a glass of green .... which was Vodka Chilli maybe added some Tabasco, green stuff and whipped cream. I feel bad just by thinking of it. Below you can see the whipped cream together with a lot of revolutionaries. The birthday child is dressed in yellow to the left.

The party then moved to KINGDOM!!!! And damn.... did I have to explain a lot of people why I was dressed up like a Mexican on Halloween? My standard answer was: Because it's Halloween, what'ya think! That made them shut up. Alex in the middle is available girlz. He's tall and a nice guy most of the time (except when we have to do push-ups), so what are you waiting for???

Val didn't mind to share some of his girlz with the rest of us.....
